There are several restaurants at the hotel, all of them supplying excellent cuisine. There is the Thai restaurant, which serves exotic foods in exotic surroundings. There is a famous bar on the top floor which enjoys panoramic views over Lucerne, as well as a traditional cafe/coffee shop and a more informal, modern restaurant serving American/French cuisine.

It is a modern purpose built property which very much resembles an office block. The lobby is small but, by the clever use of mirrors, appears much larger. Considering how busy the hotel is, it is run very smoothly by friendly staff.
