The hotel is located on a quiet street at the top end of Zermatt. It is about 10 mins walk from the station

The restaurant is located off the lobby on the ground floor and is decorated in dark colours with polished wood furniture. The building is typical of the region, in Swiss chalet style with a dark wooden facade and many colourful flower boxes.

The lobby is very small, but adjoins the hotel bar where guests can relax before checking in. The dark colour scheme and solid old furniture give a lovely cosy first impression. This is a wonderfully welcoming little hotel, superbly located and well maintained.
