The hotel is located on the south side of Chur, on the edge of town.

The restaurant on the ground floor is medium sized and has recently been renovated. This is a traditional building. The lobby is medium sized with a tiled floor with rugs. There are cushioned wooden armchairs and tables to one side. This is a very traditional hotel from the lobby to the rooms, although the rooms will benefit from renovation.
