The airport has a Swiss Federal Railways Station located under Terminal B, with trains to central Zurich and many city and tourist destinations across Switzerland. The bus terminal is located adjacent to car park B, ten regular bus lines serve regional towns and villages. Taxis can be found outside terminals A and B.

The rooms are large and simply decorated with a mainly beige colourscheme and stripped wood furniture. Most have balconies commanding fabulous views over the surrounding mountains. Both the rooms and the bathrooms are in very good condition.

The main restaurant is located on the first floor and is a large, simply styled room. Windows line two sides of the restaurant with pleasant views of the hotel's gardens and beyond to the mountains.
